Pit Fire Permits

 

Welcome to the Nags Head Fire Rescue Fire Permit website.

Beach pit fires are allowed on the beach in the Town of Nags Head with a permit.  Permits are issued daily between 5:30pm and midnight, based on wind speed and fire danger conditions. Permits are valid only on the day of issue and only within Nags Head town limits.

Permits are issued online via this website only.
